The Company may earn a 100% interest in the Gold\nMountain Property subject to the terms of an option agreement dated\nSeptember 9, 2020 (news release September 10, 2020).\n \n \n \n \n GOLD MOUNTAIN\n \n \n \n \n The Gold Mountain Property is located just north of\nHighway 1, about 50 km northwesterly from Golden, British Columbia.\n An exploration program carried out during fall 2020 at the Gold\nMountain Property confirmed and identified the following:\n \n \n \n \n \n \n - Polymetallic mineralization over 600 to 700 m strike;\nand\n \n \n \n \n - High grades of silver/gold with\n \n \n 4 samples returning from 1,000 to 6,670 g/t\nAg\n \n \n (Table 1).\n \n \n \n \n \n \n The Ag-Au-Pb-Zn-Cu-Sb mineralized system described in a\nprior news release (January 6\n \n \n th\n \n \n , 2021) was confirmed over approximately 600\nto 700 meters length on surface (Figure 1) with individual mineralized\nveins ranging from 0.5 to 2 meters width.  The mineralization is\noriented southeast-northwest and is open in all directions. The\nlimestone hosted polymetallic veins are postulated to originate from a\nmagmatic intrusion that exsolved highly evolved, hydrothermal fluids\nthat appear similar to intrusion related polymetallic veins of other\nwell know mining districts such as the Black Forest, Germany.  A\ntotal of twenty-eight (28) samples were collected from outcrop,\nboulders and float; eleven (11) returned assays that show the system\nis strongly mineralized (Table 1). The full dimensions, extent and\nnumber of mineralized vein systems are currently not well constrained\nor are unknown...
