With the addition of these two new\nmineral tenures, the Company has increased its land holdings from\n \n \n 2,871 ha to 5,324 ha\n \n \n (7,091.95 acres to 13,155.70 acres). The Company\nis currently planning for a late Spring 2021 work program.\n \n \n \n \n VERTEBRAE RIDGE\n \n \n \n \n The Vertebrae Ridge property is comprised of four\nclaims totaling 5,323.9 ha (13,155.7 acres) approximately 81 km\nnorthwesterly from Golden, British Columbia. A prospecting program\nduring fall 2020 resulted in the discovery and identification of\nsignificant polymetallic mineralization at multiple locations,\nincluding:\n \n \n \n \n Zone 1\n \n \n \n \n \n \n - 18 rock samples collected over a 1,400+ metre strike\nwith sample assays of\n \n \n 4.13%\nCu,\n \n \n 28.6% Pb, 4.74% Zn, and\n \n \n 360 g/t Ag;\n \n \n \n \n - Exhibits anomalous concentrations of As, Hg and Sb,\nin addition to Cu, Pb, Zn and Ag;\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Zone 2 North\n \n \n \n \n \n \n - 13 rock samples collected over a 650+ metre strike\nreturned an arithmetic average of 2.5% Cu and 4.5 g/t Ag, with peak\nvalues of\n \n \n 10.7% Cu and 29.1\ng/t Ag;\n \n \n and\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Vein 160 Showing\n \n \n \n \n \n \n - 7 rock samples collected over an approximate 250\nmetre strike returned an...
