Peel Hldgs PLC 11 November 2003 Peel Holdings plc (the 'Company') Application for admission - Conversion of Convertible Preference Shares Application has been made to AIM for the listing of 13,027 ordinary shares of 25p each ('Shares'), arising from the exercise of conversion rights to the 5.25% (net) Convertible Cumulative Non-voting Preference shares of £1 each.
