Peel Holdings p.l.c. (the 'Company')
Application for admission - Conversion of Convertible Preference Shares
Application has been made to AIM for the listing of 749,291 Ordinary shares of
25p each ('Shares'), arising from the exercise of conversion rights to the 5.25%
(net) Convertible Cumulative Non-voting Preference shares of £1 each.
These Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares in issue and
admission is expected to take place on 24 March 2004.
