The purpose of the general meeting is to seek Shareholder approval to amend the terms of the proposed disposal of the assets of Vislink Communication Systems, the hardware division of the Company's business, to xG Technology, Inc. for $16 million (the \"Proposed Disposal\").\nThe general meeting has been convened for 10.00 a.m. on 2 February 2017 as set out in the Circular.
