[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 2170T Vislink PLC 18 November 2013 \n \n\n \n \n \n \n18 November 2013\n \n \nVislink plc\n \nInterim Management Statement\n \n \n \nVislink plc (the \"Group\"), the global technology business specialising in high performance wireless communications products and services for the broadcast and surveillance markets, today publishes a trading update and Interim Management Statement in respect of the financial period from 1 July 2013 to 18 November 2013. \n \nSince the half year results overall trading has been in line with our expectations and although our order book visibility remains limited, we remain on track to meet the Board's expectations for the full year. \n \nEconomic conditions in our core markets of the US, UK and Europe remain challenging, however the Group has a well-established international sales force, a strong brand and market-leading products and this has enabled us to secure key business opportunities.\n\nThe Group has continued to invest in developing new products and solutions. At the recent International Broadcasting Convention (IBC) in Amsterdam the Group launched the Link L1700 Wireless Camera Transmitter, designed to be smaller and lighter and offer market-leading features. IBC 2013 also saw new products added to the successful MSAT satellite communications range. Our products continue to gain accolades with the Group recently receiving the Society of Broadcast Engineers' Award for the NewStream state of the art mobile broadcast system, which combines Electronic, Satellite and Cellular Newsgathering. \n \nOur recently announced global partnership with C-COM Satellite Systems Inc has progressed well with our sales teams pursuing cross selling opportunities and the R&D teams working together on future solutions. \nThe integration of Amplifier Technology, a leading designer and manufacturer of amplifiers and jamming solutions for the defence and security markets that was announced at our interim results has also progressed well. Amplifier Technology's solutions have enhanced the Vislink product range in the homeland security and defence markets, and the Group has provided the company with new markets and channels. \n \nWe remain on track to grow the business to achieve turnover of £80m and £8m a...
