[{"type":"text","content":"\n Vislink PLC\n28 November 2006\n\n\nVislink plc\n\n\nAdditional Listing\n\n\n28 November 2006\n\n\nApplication has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock\nExchange for admission to (i) the Official List and (ii) to trading on the\nLondon Stock Exchange and Irish Stock Exchange's respective markets for listed\nsecurities ('Admission') in respect of 1,500,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each\n('New Ordinary Shares') under a block listing.\n\n\nThe New Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the\nexisting ordinary shares in issue, are being issued pursuant to the exercise of\nemployee share options under the Executive Share Option Scheme.
