All resolutions set out in the Company's Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 27 March 2025 were proposed and approved on a poll.\n \nThe table below shows the results of the poll for each resolution. As at 6.30pm on 30 April 2025, the Company's issued share capital was 661,685,614 ordinary shares of 25p each. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total voting rights in the Company were 661,685,614.
