He served as the primary relationship officer to an extensive list of high-net-worth CRE investors and depositors located in the greater NY metro area, managing a portfolio of more than 1,000 loans with balances in excess of $6 billion. Stagnari was primarily responsible for the negotiation, structuring, and origination of new and existing CRE loans. He has extensive knowledge across a diverse set of asset classes including multifamily, retail, office, mixed-use, shelter housing, land, and development loans, note on note financing, and unsecured lending.
