[{"type":"text","content":" LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--\nPCB Bancorp (the “Company”) (NASDAQ: PCB), the holding company of Pacific City Bank (the “Bank”), today reported net income of $11.0 million, or $0.73 per diluted common share for the third quarter of 2021, compared with $9.8 million, or $0.64 per diluted common share, for the previous quarter and $3.4 million, or $0.22 per diluted common share, for the year-ago quarter.\n\nQ3 2021 Highlights\n\n\nNet income totaled $11.0 million or $0.73 per diluted common share;\n\n\nThe Company recorded a provision (reversal) for loan losses of $(1.1) million for the current quarter compared with $(934) thousand for the previous quarter and $4.3 million for the year-ago quarter.\n\n\nAllowance for loan losses to loans held-for-investment (1) ratio was 1.39% at September 30, 2021 compared with 1.45% at June 30, 2021 and 1.55% at September 30, 2020. Adjusted allowance for loan losses to loans held-for-investment ratio (2) was 1.48% at September 30, 2021 compared with 1.62% at June 30, 2021 and 1.70% at September 30, 2020.\n\n\nNet interest income was $20.2 million for the current quarter compared with $19.0 million for the previous quarter and $16.9 million for the year-ago quarter.
