The Agreement provides that Paul Mueller Company will be the exclusive supplier to Sartorius Stedim North America, Inc. of stainless-steel systems, such as fermentors, bioreactors, freeze-thaw systems, and cross-flow and other filtration systems.\n\nPaul Mueller Company and Sartorius Stedim North America, Inc., will each continue to offer their own traditional products in addition to the products offered jointly under the Agreement. \n\nSartorius Stedim North America, Inc. is a leading provider of cutting-edge equipment and services for the development, quality assurance, and production processes of the biopharmaceutical industry, including integrated solutions covering fermentation, filtration, purification, fluid management, and lab technologies.\n\nPaul Mueller Company is one of the leading manufacturers of processing systems for the biopharmaceutical industry.
