PAUL MUELLER COMPANY ANNOUNCES SALE OF SPRINGFIELD BREWING COMPANY

Paul Mueller Company announced that on November 28, 2011, Springfield Brewing Company, a brewery and restaurant which it has operated since 1997 in Springfield, Missouri, was sold to Front Row Property LLC.  The selling price was $3,000,000 which included a promissory note for $400,000 payable over five years. Springfield Brewing Company is a showcase of Paul Mueller Company’s expertise in brewery systems, automation and integration, and fabrication.
