(the 'Company') (TSXV: PAT, FWB: 33H2) announces that it will offer up to 3,703,704 units (each, a 'Unit') by way of a non-brokered private placement (the 'Offering') at a price of $0.27 per Unit, for gross proceeds of up to $1,000,000.\nEach Unit will consist of one common share of the Company, and one common share purchase warrant entitling the holder to acquire an additional common share at a price of $0.36 for a period of thirty-six months. In connection with completion of the Offering, the Company may pay finders' fees to eligible parties that assisted in introducing subscribers to the Company. All securities to be issued in connection with the Offering will be subject to a four-month-and-one-day statutory hold period in accordance with applicable securities laws.
