EXCEEDS THE 5% THRESHOLD OF PATTERN'S SHARE CAPITAL\n \n \n Turin, 22 July 2025 - Pattern S.p.A (EGM:PTR), an Italian company set up in 2000 by Francesco Martorella and Fulvio Botto, one of the leading players in the engineering, development, prototyping and production of clothing lines for the world's most prestigious high-end brands in the catwalk segment and in men's and women's first lines, announces, pursuant to article 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers' Regulations, that it has received today from the shareholder GVC Gaesco Gestion, SGIIC, S.A. the communication of a substantial change of shareholding, by which it has informed the Company that on 14 July 2025 it has exceeded the relevant threshold of 5% of Pattern's share capital, holding 831,923 ordinary shares equal to 5.76%.\n \n \n \n Following this communication, the new share capital of Pattern S.p.A. is held as follows:\n \n Name\n \n \n N.
