(the “Company” or “Patriot”) (TSX-V: PMET | ASX: PMT | OTCQX: PMETF | FSE: R9GA) has agreed to issue an aggregate of 48,002 restricted share units (the “RSUs”), and 48,002 performance share units (the “PSUs”) have also been granted to employees and consultants of the Company. All were granted in accordance with the Company’s Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan. 100% of the RSUs will vest on the date which is three years from their date of grant. Up to 72,003 common shares are issuable pursuant to the vesting of the PSUs upon the achievement of certain performance milestones by the Company. About Patriot Battery Metals Inc.
