(NASDAQ: PATK), a major manufacturer and distributor of component and building products for the recreational vehicle, marine, manufactured housing and industrial markets, today announced that Joshua Boone, Chief Financial Officer, has resigned to accept a senior leadership position with another publicly traded company.
