Cathy has acquired land, developed & operated storage and RV facilities in her career including a $34 million storage portfolio that was sold to Real Storage (now Storage Vault), a 9-acre greenfield storage development that was sold to Storage Vault, a 5-acre greenfield development that was sold to Real Storage (now Storage Vault), and a storage site in Alberta that she sold to StorageMart.\n \n \n Cathy is also the co-founder of Beltline Brownstones Inc. which owns & operates multi-family properties. Earlier in her career Cathy co-founded Natural Borders Reforestation, which grew to merge with New Forest Contractors, later acquired by Fairfax Financial.
