2021 Annual Shareholders Meeting

The 2021 annual meeting of stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) of Paragon Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) was held on May 17, 2021. At the Annual Meeting, the Company’s stockholders reelected Hesham M. Gad, Jack H. Jacobs and Samuel S. Weiser, three current directors of the Company, and ratified the appointment of RSM US LLP as the Company’s independent public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2021.
