She is Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Risk and Compliance, Nomination and Remuneration Committees.\nAlison succeeds Hugo Tudor as SID. Hugo has stepped down from the role on the same date but will continue to serve on the Board in his capacity as a non-executive director.\nAlison's appointment as SID satisfies the target for at least one of the Chair, CEO, SID or CFO to be a woman in accordance with Listing Rules LR 9.8.6R(9) and LR 14.3.33R(1) of the UK Listing Authority.\nCommenting on the appointment, Robert East, Chair of the Board said: \"I am grateful to Hugo for his wise counsel in his role as SID since I joined Paragon last year. I look forward to working with Alison in her capacity as SID in the future.
