Rachmuth, Esq. will serve as the Company’s sole Director and Officer. An entity 100% controlled by Mr. Rachmuth, Phase I Operations, Inc., now holds 100% of the issued and outstanding Series A Preferred Shares, representing the controlling stake in the Company.Phase I Operation, Inc. has signed a Letter of Intent to utilize the Company to acquire 100% interest in 12 producing oil and gas wells, inclusive of the land where the wells are located, in an all stock transaction. The oil and gas wells are located in Oklahoma. The Company looks forward to keeping shareholders informed of its progress and intends to provide more frequent updates.
