[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n 6 August 2014\n\n Panther Securities PLC \n\n (the \"Company\") \n\nAdditional Listing - Scrip Dividend\n\nThe Company is pleased to announce that shareholders holding 11,305,326\nOrdinary Shares, representing 65.8 per cent. of the issued share capital of the\nCompany, have elected to take the scrip dividend in respect of the final\ndividend of 9p per share for the year ended 31 December 2013. Accordingly, the\nCompany has allotted, subject to admission to trading as below, 301,008 new\nOrdinary Shares. Following the issue of these shares, the total issued share\ncapital for Company will be 17,487,295 Ordinary Shares.\n\nAn application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and London Stock\nExchange for 301,008 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading, in relation to\nthe operation of the Scrip Dividend Scheme for the final dividend for the year\nended 31 December 2013.
