Director Shareholding

Panther Securities PLC 25 October 2001 25th October, 2001 PANTHER SECURITIES PLC ('Panther' or 'the Company') Director's Shareholding The Company was advised that earlier today Peter Rowson acquired a further 3,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 131p per share. Today Mr Rowson has also gifted 1,000 Ordinary Shares to a member of his family. Following these transactions Mr Rowson is beneficially interested in 90,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.53 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
