[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 9746S Asian Plantations Limited 30 September 2014 \n \n\n30 September 2014\n \nAsian Plantations Ltd\n(\"APL\" or the \"Company\")\n \nInterim Results for the Six Months ended 30 June 2014\n \nAsian Plantations Limited (LSE: PALM), a palm oil plantation company with operations in Malaysia, is pleased to announce its unaudited results for the six month period ended 30 June 2014.\n \nHighlights\n· US$18.89m of revenue reported (H1 2013: US$0.96m), a significant increase versus the previous period, predominantly from the sale of crude palm oil accounting for US$15,553,000 of total revenue.\n \n· Total assets of US$218.62mm (30 June 2013: US$217.37m)\n \nPost-Balance Sheet Events\n· Voluntary conditional cash offer announced on 29 August 2014 from Merrill Lynch (Singapore) Pte Ltd, acting for and on behalf of FELDA Global Ventures Holdings Berhad (\"FELDA\"), for the entire issued share capital of the Company.
