[{"type":"text","content":"\n Pantheon Resources PLC\n11 April 2007\n\nApril 11, 2007\n\nPANTHEON RESOURCES PLC\n\nProduction Update-March 2007\n\nThe Board of Pantheon Resources ('Pantheon') announces that the company's\ncombined production on a working interest basis averaged 107.5 thousand cubic\nfeet a day ('mcfd') in March 2007. First quarter 2007 production to Pantheon\naveraged 87.6 mcfd. This represents over 2.5 times the 32.3 mcfd recorded for\nfourth quarter 2006.\n\nPantheon's historic monthly production is provided in Table 1.\n\nTable 1: Monthly Net Production on Working Interest Basis (mcfd)\n\n Jan Feb Mar Apr May Jun Jul Aug Sept Oct Nov Dec\n2006 2.1 33.5 28.3 35.1\n\n2007 42.1 113.1 107.5\n\n Pantheon now has three producing fields in the Project Wharton area. Hopefully\nthis will be augmented by a fourth with the recent Baptist discovery. Despite\nits current small size, production at Project Wharton is growing and providing a\nmore solid earnings base. The Company has at least a further 13 prospects on its\nProject Wharton venture remaining to be drilled.
