Production Update-June 2007
The Board of Pantheon Resources ('Pantheon') announces that the company's
combined production on a working interest basis averaged 81.3 thousand cubic
feet a day ('mcfd') in June 2007. Second quarter 2007 production to Pantheon
averaged 74.1 mcfd.
Pantheon's production for its financial year ending June 30 2007 averaged 47.0
mcfd. First production was achieved on September 29, 2006 with the start-up of
the Zebu discovery.
Pantheon's historic monthly production is provided in Table 1.

Pantheon now has four producing fields in the Project Wharton area. The Baptist
#1 well came onstream on June 19, 2007. Pantheon has an 11.25% working interest
('WI') in Baptist. Output from Baptist is augmenting production from Pantheon's
three other natural gas fields on Project Wharton, Caddo (18.75% WI), Mohawk
(18.75% WI) and Zebu (9.375% WI).
The Company has at least a further 13 prospects on its Project Wharton venture
remaining to be drilled. The historic high exploration success rate gives
confidence for further growth.
