To be valid, Forms of Proxy must be completed in accordance with the instructions set out thereon and returned as soon as possible to the Company Secretary at the registered office of the Company at One America Square, Crosswall, London EC3N 2SG by hand or by post, or by fax to +44 (0)20 7264 4440, or by email to [email protected], so as to be received as soon as possible but in any event no later than 10.00 a.m. on 14 October 2014.
