Justin is one of the original founders of Pantheon and has acted as a non-executive director with responsibility for finance since the Company's inception. \nPrior to Pantheon, Justin spent the previous 14 years in investment banking at Cazenove & Co in London, and prior to that, at Hartley Poynton in Australia. This has provided him with experience in equity markets, corporate finance and capital raising. Justin Hondris is a director of several public and private companies in both the UK and abroad. He is also a Partner of the London operation of Titan Bioventures Management, a manager of listed private equity funds.\nJustin qualified with a Bachelor of Business degree in Australia where he spent the first few years of his career in accounting, finance and corporate advisory roles. He subsequently qualified as a Chartered Accountant, although he is no longer an active member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. He is a past member of Chartered Secretaries Australia and is an Associate of the Securities Institute of Australia. \nSue Graham, Chairman of Pantheon said, 'I wish Justin Hondris every success in his new executive position.
