(TSXV: PML, Lima: PML, Frankfurt: PZM) (\"Panoro\", the \"Company\") Panoro\n announced with sadness, that Mr. Jaime Quijandría Salmón, a\n non-executive director of the Company, passed away suddenly on December\n 30, 2013.  Mr. Quijandría has served as a director of the Company since\n August 30, 2011.\n\n\nMr. Quijandría was the former minister of Energy and Mines in Peru as he\n was appointed by President Alejandro Toledo in July 2001.  He served in\n the position for two years before being appointed Minister of Finance\n in July 2003.  He resigned in October 2004 to assume the office of\n Executive Management of the World Bank, representing Perú, Argentina,\n Chile, Bolivia, Paraguay and Uruguay.\n\n\nMr. William J. Boden, chairman of Panoro states \"Mr. Quijandría has been\n a valuable member of our board and his presence will be missed.  He has\n been a leading figure in the evolution of Peru's modern economy.
