Non-GAAP adjusted Net Income attributable to Pangaea Logistics Solutions Ltd. of $18.2 million, as compared to $22.5 million for the year ended December 31, 2018 Earnings per share of $0.27 as compared to $0.42 for the year ended December 31, 2018. Adjusted earnings per share of $0.43 as compared to $0.53 for the year ended December 31, 2018 Cash flow from operations of $44.5 million, compared to $40.1 million for the prior year.
