Pangea's remaining holding in Pan African\nafter the sale is 41,824,408 Shares, representing 2.90% of the issued share\ncapital of the Company.\n\nMr Robert Still, a non-executive director of the Company, is also a director of\nPangea and a trustee of a family trust which owns 33.33% of Pangea.
