In addition,\n \n Collin Kettell\n \n and\n \n Philip O'Neill\n \n were elected to the Board. Former director and Chief Financial Officer\n \n Bassam Moubarak\n \n did not stand for re-election. Effective immediately, Mr. O'Neill will also serve as the Company's Chief Operating Officer.\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Also during the Meeting, Shareholders approved the proposed return of capital transaction (the \"\n \n Transaction\n \n \") as announced in the news release dated\n \n July 24, 2025\n \n . The Transaction remains subject to receipt of the final order (the \"\n \n Final Order\n \n \") by the British Columbia Supreme Court (the \"\n \n Court\n \n \"), approval of the TSX Venture Exchange (\"\n \n TSXV\n \n \"), and completion of required regulatory filings.
