[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n21 August 2023\n \n \nPalace Capital PLC\n(\"Palace Capital\", the \"Company\" or the \"Group\")\n \nDirector Dealing\n \nPalace Capital (LSE: PCA) announces the following transactions pursuant to the award under the Palace Capital Deferred Bonus Plan (DBP).\n \nOn 18 August 2023 the awards granted under the 2022 DBP became exercisable following satisfaction of the one-year service period. In accordance with the rules of the DBP, additional shares were added to each award equivalent to the dividends payable during the service period.\n \nThe Director exercised their award net of income tax and national insurance liabilities, retaining the balance of shares.
