Change of Broker
Palace Capital PLC announced the appointment of Cavendish as its sole broker, effective immediately, as the company progresses with its strategy of asset disposal and returning capital to shareholders. This follows Deutsche Numis' resignation after the completion of the second successful tender offer earlier this month. Since July 2022, Palace Capital has sold over £160 million of property, repaid all debt, and returned over £64 million in cash to shareholders.
