Previously holding the position of Head of Finance and Operations, Matthew was appointed as Finance Director Designate on 13 August 2021.\n Prior to joining the Company, Matthew held various finance roles, including at CIT Group Partners LLP and PricewaterhouseCoopers.\n Commenting on the appointment, Neil Sinclair, CEO of Palace Capital Plc, said: \"Matthew's appointment recognises the significant contribution he has made to the business over the past five years and we're very pleased to have him join the Palace Capital Board at an important juncture in the Company's growth.\"\n Matthew Simpson has not held directorships in the last five years in any publicly quoted companies. Mr Simpson personally holds 7,060 shares in the Company.
