The documents are being posted to shareholders that have requested paper copies of shareholder documents shortly. Copies will also be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism, https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.\nThe AGM will be held at the offices of CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP, Cannon Place, 78 Cannon Street, London EC4N 6AF on Wednesday 9 July 2025 at 10.00am.\nShareholders not attending the meeting are encouraged to submit their votes by proxy electronically via the CREST proxy voting service or via www.shareview.co.uk using their usual user ID and password. We encourage shareholders to do this as soon as possible, appointing the Chairman of the AGM as their proxy. To be effective, instructions appointing proxies for the AGM must be received by our Registrar, Equiniti Limited, not later than 10.00am on 7 July 2025.\nIf you need help with voting online or wish to receive a paper form of proxy, shareholders can call Equiniti, our Registrar, on +44 (0) 371 384 2030.
