The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on May 28, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at Karachi.\n The above entitlement will be paid to the shareholders whose names will appear in the Register of Members on May 21, 2025.\n The Share Transfer Books of the Company will be closed from May 22, 2025 to May 28, 2025 (both days inclusive).
