[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 8259J Michael Page International PLC 05 July 2011 \n \n\n \n \n \n \nMichael Page International plc\n \nChange of Auditor\n\n\n \nMichael Page International plc (\"the Company\") announces that the Board has appointed Ernst & Young (\"EY\") as auditors for the Company.\nWith Deloitte LLP having been the Group auditors since 1998, the Board, on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, decided that it was appropriate to put the Company audit out to competitive tender.\n \nFollowing formal proposals and presentations from three firms, EY was successful in this process.
