On advice from Lundin Petroleum AB, Lundin Sudan BV\nwas not bought out by Petronas Carigali White Nile (5B) Ltd in May 2003, as\nstated in the release. The assets and business of Lundin Sudan BV were acquired\nby Petronas Carigali White Nile (5B) Ltd in a transaction which was announced in\nApril 2003 and completed in June 2003. Lundin Sudan BV remains an indirect,\nwholly-owned subsidiary of Lundin Petroleum AB.\n\n\n\nIn addition, prior to the above transaction, Mr. Ward held the position of\nFinance/Administration Director and Commercial Manager for Lundin Sudan BV but\nwas not on the board of directors as the title might suggest.
