Fourth quarter volume growth of 7 percent was partially offset by a shift in vial mix and discounting associated with the launch of a new group purchasing organization (GPO) partnership.Fourth quarter ZILRETTA net product sales of $33.0 million in 2025, compared with $33.1 million in 2024.Fourth quarter iovera° net product sales of $7.0 million in 2025, compared with $6.5 million in 2024.Other revenue, comprised of sales of bupivacaine liposome injectable suspension, was $1.1 million in the fourth quarter of 2025, compared with zero in the fourth quarter of 2024. Preliminary Unaudited Full-Year Revenue Highlights Full-year EXPAREL net product sales of $575.1 million in 2025, compared with $549.0 million in 2024.
