Recent Business Highlights Settlement of U.S. Patent Litigation for EXPAREL. In April 2025, the company successfully reached a volume-limited settlement agreement with Fresenius Kabi USA and its partners. The agreement recognizes the strength of the EXPAREL intellectual property portfolio with an exclusivity runway that extends to 2039.
