[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n \n \n\n\n\n\n \n27 July 2023\nLIMITLESS EARTH PLC\n(\"Limitless\" or the \"Company\")\n \nSubscription and Issue of Equity\n \nLimitless Earth plc (AIM: LME), an AIM quoted investing company, is pleased to announce that it has raised £155,000 via subscription through the issue of 3,100,000 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company (\"New Ordinary Shares\") at a price of 5 pence per share (\"Subscription\").\n \nThe funds will be used for general working capital purposes. \n \nThe New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of the Company. An application will be made for the 3,100,000 New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM (\"Admission\") and it is expected that Admission will take place on, or around, 4 August 2023. \n \nTotal Voting Rights\n \nFollowing admission of the New Ordinary Shares, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise 68,500,000 Ordinary Shares. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.
