Limitless Earth plc (the "Company") First Day of Dealings Limitless Earth plc, a rule 8 investing company, announces that it has joined the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange and dealings in its ordinary shares commenced today at 8:00 a.m. under the ticker symbol "LME". The Company has raised £3,005,000 through the issue of 65,400,000 ordinary shares at a price of 5p per share pursuant to a placing with new investors. Cairn Financial Advisers LLP is Nominated Adviser and Global Investment Strategy UK Ltd is broker in relation to the Admission. Use of Proceeds The funds raised will be used for working capital whilst the Board seeks suitable investments and, where applicable, acquisitions in line with the Company's Investing Policy, details of which can be found on the Company's website. The Company is focusing on opportunities built on `demographic trend investment' and plans to invest principally, but not exclusively, in sectors where changing demographic factors are important drivers of growth. The Directors believe such demographic factors create opportunities for businesses that support the element of the global population which is geographically mobile, expanding, becoming wealthier and living longer. The Board, through its extensive network of contacts, has identified a number of potentially interesting investment opportunities, although formal discussions in respect of any of these opportunities have not yet commenced. The Company may be either an active investor and acquire control of a single company or it may acquire non-controlling shareholdings. Therefore, the proposed investments to be made by the Company may be in either quoted or unquoted securities and made by direct acquisition of interest in companies, partnerships or joint ventures, or direct interests in projects and can be at any stage of development. Accordingly, the Company's equity interest in a proposed investment may range from a minority position to 100 per cent. ownership. The Board The Directors have extensive contact bases and, collectively, many years of experience in setting up, managing and growing businesses across a wide range of sectors including health and wellness, energy, media, real estate, finance, internet and leisure. In particular, Dominic White, a Director of the Company has experience in the investment sector working in private equity, investment funds management and advisory businesses in both the private and listed markets.
