(Houston, TX) -- October 31, 2014 – Willow Creek Enterprises, Inc. (OTC Markets: WLOC) today announced that it has changed its name to Shale Oil International, Inc and will trade under the symbol SHLE in the OTC Markets.

In addition, Ronald Cormick has been named as President and CEO.  Mr. Cormick is a recognized operational and executive expert in both national and global oil and gas sectors, with over 45 years of experience.  More information will be announced in the coming weeks.
