Tornquist, submitted to the BC Supreme Court on July 18, 2013, has been made available on the Company’s website \nat the following link: http://www.pacificbooker.com/pdf/AffidavitTornquist.pdf Please copy and paste this link into your internet browser if you experience any difficulties with it. \n\nOn July 18, 2013, the Company received an envelope in the mail containing what appears to be an August 13, 2012 draft of the Recommendations of the Executive Director of the Environmental Assessment Office in respect of Pacific Booker's application \nfor an Environmental Assessment Certificate for the Morrison Copper/Gold Mine. \n\nThe Company had not seen the draft Recommendations and was not aware that this document existed.
