OTC Markets Group Welcomes New OTCQB Companies – December 6

OTC Markets Group Inc. (OTCQX: OTCM), operator of financial markets for 10,000 U.S. and global securities, today announced the following companies are approved for trading on the OTCQB Venture Market:

Eve and Co Incorporated (TSX-V: EVE; OTCQB: EEVVF) Eve & Co, through its wholly owned subsidiary Natural MedCo Ltd., holds cultivation and processing licenses under the Cannabis Act (Canada) for the production and sale of dried cannabis, cannabis plants and cannabis oil. Natural MedCo Ltd. was Canada’s first female founded licensed producer of medicinal marijuana, and received its cultivation license from Health Canada in 2016. Eve & Co is led by a team of agricultural experts and has a 220,000 sq. ft. scalable greenhouse production facility located in Middlesex County, Ontario with 32 acres of adjacent land for future expansion. Eve & Co has commenced an additional 780,000 sq. ft. expansion, bringing Eve & Co’s total anticipated greenhouse capacity to 1,000,000 sq. ft.

Ozop Surgical Corp. (OTCQB: OZSC) OZOP Surgical, Corp. (the Company) invents, designs, develops, manufactures and globally distributes innovative endoscopic instruments, surgical implants, instrumentation, devices and related technologies, focused on spine, neurological and pain management procedures and specialties. The company’s focus is on economically disrupting the market with clinically equivalent or superior existing and new products resulting in immediate and significant savings for providers, payors and consumers. The Company was previously known as Newmarkt Corp. and was incorporated on July 17, 2015, under the laws of the State of Nevada.

Processa Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (OTCQB: PCSA) Processa is an emerging pharmaceutical company focused on the clinical development of drug products that are intended to improve the survival and/or quality of life for patients who have a high unmet medical need. Within the Processa Portfolio, they are currently developing one drug for two indications (i.e., the use of a drug to treat a particular disease) and searching for additional drugs. Processa’s first drug, PCS-499, is an analog of an active metabolite of an already approved FDA drug. The advantage of PCS-499 is that it targets multiple pharmacological pathways which potentially may work in conditions caused by multiple pathophysiological changes. The lead indication currently under development for PCS-499 is Necrobiosis Lipoidica (NL). Patients with NL presently have no treatment options. PCS-499 has received orphan designation for NL and FDA has notified Processa that we are safe to proceed with PCS-499 in a Phase 2 Maximum Dose Finding Trial.

Ridgestone Mining Inc. (TSX-V: RMI; OTCQB: RIGMF) Ridgestone is a junior mineral exploration company with offices in Taipei and Vancouver, B.C. The Company's focus is on precious metals and copper in Sonora, Mexico, and specifically the Rebeico Gold-Copper project. The Rebeico Gold-Copper Project is located approximately 115 kilometers east of Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico in the famed Sierra Madre Gold Belt, which has reportedly produced more than 80 million ounces of gold and over 4.5 billion ounces of silver. The Rebeico Gold-Copper Project has had intermittent historical production since the 1930's, with most of the efforts concentrated on the one kilometer-long "Alaska" vein, where underground workings reached depths of up to 70 meters. Sampling demonstrates that portions of the Alaska vein and some outcrops of a breccia zone west of the vein are mineralized with gold, silver and copper at concentrations that justify extensive exploration work, including drilling.
