Online Travel Corporation PLC 29 June 2000 ONLINE TRAVEL CORPORATION PLC ('OTC') OTC is pleased to announce that, with effect from 28 June 2000, they have appointed Mr Elan Joel Blutinger as a Non-Executive Director of OTC. Aged 45, Mr Blutinger is Managing Director of Alpine Consolidated LLC, a merchant banking group specialising in public market consolidations. He is also Managing Director of Vacanza Development LLC, a property company specialising in vacation properties in coastal beach resorts in the US, a Director of ResortQuest International (NYSE: RZT), the largest and only publicly traded provider of vacation property management services. He was the Founder and, until recently, Director of Travel Services International (NASDAQ: TRVL) which was sold to Airtours in April. Mr Blutinger is an American citizen based in Rome and Washington. Mr Blutinger does not have any unspent convictions in relation to indictable offences, has not been declared bankrupt nor made any voluntary arrangements with his creditors. Nor has he been a director of a company, or a partner in any partnership which, during his time as a director or partner, or, within 12 months following his resignation as a director or partner, has gone into receivership, liquidation, administration, or any composition or voluntary arrangement with its creditors. He has not been subject to any public criticisms by any statutory or regulatory bodies or been disqualified by a court from acting as a director of a company or in the management of affairs of any company.
