In paragraph one the announcement should have included 8,333 ordinary shares of 1p each, purchased by Robert Falkner and his wife respectively at the time of the Company's listing on AIM. Thus his total beneficial holding after the purchase of 17,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 16 November 2001 was 33,666 (0.04%) ordinary shares. All other details remain unchanged.
