Online Travel Corporation PLC 2 February 2001 Online Travel Corporation Plc Announces New Board Appointment Tommaso Zanzotto Appointed As Non-Executive Chairman London, UK: Online Travel Corporation Plc ('OTC'), the travel technology and distribution company, today announced the appointment of a new non-executive chairman, Tommaso Zanzotto with immediate effect. Tommaso, 59, has extensive experience in global travel and financial service organisations with previous roles including President International of American Express Travel Related Services and Chairman and CEO of Hilton International. Since leaving Hilton he has built two successful businesses in residential real estate and hotels in Tuscany, and in the antiquarian books through Stocklight. He is also on the Board of several other companies and is a member of the World Travel Council. The former Chairman, Alan Judd, will remain as a Board member and focus on new business development and international opportunities. Mark Jones, CEO of OTC, commented: Tommaso shares our ambition to make OTC a global travel enabler. His experience in running large multi-national leisure companies and network of influential contacts will help us achieve this.
