[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 2790N OMG PLC 09 June 2010 \n \n\n9 June 2010\nOMG plc\n('OMG' or the 'Group')\nYotta DCL wins contracts worth over £1.3m in first four months of 2010\nMajor new accounts include Leicestershire, Bracknell Forest and Wakefield\n \nOMG plc, Oxford Metrics Group (LSE: OMG), (\"OMG\" or \"the Group\") the technology group providing image understanding products for the entertainment, defence, life science and engineering industries, today announced that Yotta DCL, the UK's leading highways surveying company, has signed contracts for its SCANNER, CVI, DVI and Asset Inventory surveys with 36 different local authorities in the first four months of 2010. The business is worth over £1.3m, which represents a significant increase over the same period last year.\n \nYotta will be completing a full SCANNER survey for Leicestershire County Council, previously a WDM customer, which is due to start in July this year. \n \nDaniel Rawle, Highways Asset Manager at Leicestershire County Council said: \"We decided to switch to Yotta DCL for our SCANNER survey this year because of the added benefits Yotta provides.\"\n \nBracknell Forest has signed a four year deal for SCANNER, SCRIM and CVI surveys and Yotta will also be providing Wakefield Metropolitan District Council with a complete asset inventory.
