[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 1909X Oxford Metrics PLC 17 December 2019 \n\nOxford Metrics Plc \n(\"Oxford Metrics\" or the \"Company\")\n \nExercise of Options & Total Voting Rights\n \nOxford Metrics plc (AIM:OMG), the international software company servicing government, life sciences, entertainment and engineering markets, announces that it has today issued and allotted 401,500 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the capital of the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\") following an exercise of options (\"Options\") by certain employees of the Company. \n \nApplication will be made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of the 401,500 Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM (\"Admission\") and it is expected that Admission will take place and that trading will commence on AIM on or around 23 December 2019.\n \nTotal Voting Rights\n \nThe new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in the Company. Following Admission, the Company will have 125,627,158 Ordinary Shares in issue with each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company has no Ordinary Shares held in treasury.
